Mornings can be, well, difficult. If you’re not bright-eyed and bushy-tailed first thing in the a.m., you’re not alone. For lots of folks, the morning mood struggle is real.
Regardless of how you wake up, one of the best ways to start your day (in addition to hot water with lemon and EXERCISE!) is with a short meditation. They prime your gray matter for the day ahead, getting you to a good place before any person or circumstance upsets your balance. IMO, it’s by far the best way to meet the morning. <3
